Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq (PBUH) Secondary School, part of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association, opened its annual exhibition of science subjects and the arts, under the patronage of the General Religious Supervisor of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association Dr. Sayyed Jaafar Fadlallah, attended by the administrative and teaching staff and by third-cycle and secondary-level pupils, in the Al-Batoul (PBUH) building.

During his tour of the exhibition, Sayyed Fadlallah reviewed the pupils' work in art education, which ranged across schools of fine art such as surrealism, fauvism and cubism, alongside portrait paintings and impressionist drawings inspired by the works of the world-renowned artist Van Gogh, most notably the painting “City of Darkness”. The exhibition also included abstract drawings and distinctive handicrafts such as painting on pebbles, caricature, advertisements, recycling, the collage technique and paper designs.

In the science section, he saw a range of experiments and activities in chemistry, physics and biology, including studies on matter, the workings of the heart, the body's systems, and the effect of war pollutants on the health of newborns, in addition to scientific experiments on converting sound into energy and assembling electrical circuits.

The exhibits also included innovative mathematics activities in which pupils used learning-through-play strategies, translated equations into tangible applications, and linked mathematical theories to three-dimensional handiwork, applying concepts of angles to military and national applications.

At the close of his tour, His Eminence expressed his pride in the efforts of the pupils and the staff, praising the distinction and creativity he had seen, and thanked the administration for its continuous encouragement of the students and for unleashing their energies for a bright future.
