In a significant step for technical education in Lebanon, the administration of Dar Al-Sadiq for Education announced a change in the institution's classification, so that it has become a “higher technical institute” rather than a technical institute, after obtaining official licensing from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
The new classification allows the institute to offer specialized technical education programmes, strengthening students' opportunities to continue their higher education and enter the labour market with greater competence.
The institute's administration affirmed that this step comes within the continuous updating of the curricula and the expansion of educational programmes to meet the market's needs and the aspirations of Lebanese young people.
