Al-Bashaer High School in Baalbek organized the annual sports festival of fidelity to the Marja Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah, under the patronage and in the presence of the president of the union of Baalbek municipalities Nasri Othman, and the heads of the municipalities of Baalbek, Douris, Maqneh, Iaat, Nahleh, Chaat, Housh Tal Safiyeh and Younine, the supervising director of Al-Mabarrat's schools in the central Bekaa Ibrahim Al-Saeed, the school's director Itidal Al-Jamal, and educational and social figures.
Othman
Othman delivered a speech in which he praised “the role of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association in building a promising sporting generation in harmony with the thought of the great Marja and the great scholar Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah, who gave religion, knowledge and sport a dimension and an approach”.
Al-Saeed
For his part Al-Saeed thanked the union's president and the heads of the municipalities who answered the invitation to patronize the festival, praising “their constructive role in developing the Baalbek-Hermel area at every level, especially the environmental and beautification aspects”.
Al-Bashaer's administration honoured the heads of the municipalities for their patronage of the festival, then the heads in turn honoured Al-Bashaer's sports teams in appreciation of their achievements in the school championships at the level of the governorate and the homeland.
