Through its health institutions, Al-Mabarat has worked to meet the community's needs and provide basic healthcare requirements for its members. It has aimed to offer primary healthcare services and community-based preventive health programs. 

The Association cooperates with many international and local bodies concerned with health and social development to implement its health programs. The Health Department has laid the foundations for effective cooperation with various organizations, associations, and civil and academic institutions in order to provide high-quality services

In keeping with its humanitarian principles, Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association established Dar Al Aman Hospital for Elderly Care, with its two branches in the towns of Abbassieh and Jouya, adding to the humanitarian institutions that care for elderly people who have no one to look after them.
