Through its health institutions, Al-Mabarat has worked to meet the community's needs and provide basic healthcare requirements for its members. It has aimed to offer primary healthcare services and community-based preventive health programs. 

The association collaborates with many international and local entities concerned with health and social development to implement its health programs. The health department has established foundations for effective cooperation with various organizations, associations, and academic institutions to ensure the provision of high-quality services.
