A delegation from the Malaysian Ministry of Youth and Sports visited the Doha Al-Mabarrat Educational and Care Complex, which belongs to Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association, accompanied by members of the “Ghiras Al-Lubnaniya” Association and the political and media adviser to Sayyed Ali Fadlallah, Hani Abdallah. The aim was to learn about the accomplishments achieved by Allama Marja' Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah in the field of social care for orphaned and poor children in Lebanon, and about the services the institution provides in the fields of living, care, teaching and education and in the field of volunteering.

The visit included a tour of the facilities of Imam Al-Khoei Mabarrat, and a detailed explanation from the complex's director Ibrahim Alaeddine about “the Mabarrat's experience in the fields of care, teaching and administrative work and its relationship with society, with its surroundings and with the target groups”; a filmed reel was also shown of the activities the complex provides for the children and the local community.

The Mabarrat's arts troupe presented religious hymns and songs welcoming the delegation and offering congratulations on the birth of the most noble Messenger, after which Alaeddine presented the delegation with artistic paintings made by the members of the arts club at Imam Al-Khoei Mabarrat.

The visit concluded with lunch at the Mabarrat's restaurant, after the visitors had inscribed in the golden register their admiration for “the effort the institution exerts in the service of the orphans”, and had wished Al-Mabarrat continued development and prosperity.
