It is granted to schools that have worked over at least one year on developing an international dimension to their school policies and activities\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">It pointed out that \u201cthe International School Award is an international accreditation system that recognizes good practice in incorporating the international dimension into schools through curricular activities that make the process of teaching and learning more interactive, thereby strengthening the key skills necessary for pupils to become critical thinkers, innovators, locally and globally aware and committed. The accreditation is granted to successful schools for 3 years\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">It noted that \u201cthe International School Award encourages and supports schools in developing: an international ethos embedded in the school, a whole-school approach to working within an international framework, collaborative curriculum-based work with a number of partner schools, international activity throughout the year, and engagement with the wider community\u201d. It is noted that the winning schools and institutes of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association are: Al-Bashaer High School, Imam Al-Jawad High School, Al-Abrar School, Imam Al-Hassan High School, Dar
