At a ceremony entitled \u201cRose of the Home\u201d, Al-Rahma Secondary School honored its girls who had reached the age of religious maturity, under the patronage and in the presence of the General Religious Supervisor at Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association Sayyed Dr. Jaafar Fadlallah, the director of the Doha Al-Mabarrat Educational and Care Complex His Eminence Sheikh Fouad Khreiss, the school's director Ms. Sulaf Hashem, the section directors, educational, cultural and social figures, the parents of the girls coming of age, and a large crowd of guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verses from the Holy Quran were recited by a group of the girls coming of age. A film was then shown documenting the Taklif celebrations, and another entitled \u201cRose of the Home\u201d showing the school's care and attention in honoring the girls coming of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony's patron, Sayyed Jaafar Fadlallah, delivered a speech in which he commended the ceremony's title and thanked those whose efforts attended to the finest details and brought about this picture of beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He pointed to the importance of the rose's root, through which it stays alive by clinging to the soil that the purity of heaven nourishes - reflecting the beautiful echo and fruit, which is beautiful in proportion to its bond and its relationship with God through His Book, with the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) through his Sunnah and his life, and with the People of the House, all of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He noted that at a Taklif ceremony we are not speaking of the individual's obligation in one dimension only - the hijab; rather we summon the role of the family, which grants the girl coming of age a layer of protection, beauty, care and safeguarding. He recalled that, besides the obligation of the individual, there is the obligation of the community and of the nation, which will be struck by littleness and humiliation if it does not fulfil its role. What is happening in these days, with the enemy pressing deeper into destruction and killing before the eyes and ears of the world in Gaza and the South, has been encouraged by the fact that the nation has not fulfilled its obligation and its role, which is God's stewardship on earth. Had it fulfilled its role - through boycott, for instance, and through political positions - the enemy would not have dared advance a single span in Gaza or elsewhere. For religious obligation means how a person can be a servant of God. He pointed out that our responsibility is to make our girls leaders of the future, with the cultural, intellectual, economic and political role they have, so that they may be present alongside our Imam Al-Mahdi (AJ), whose very existence and role are founded on changing this unjust world order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In closing he congratulated the girls coming of age and called on them to work for God's pleasure in everything they do, and to be careful to leave a beautiful mark on life, working to spread the values of justice and humanity and to build the state of truth and goodness alongside the Awaited Imam (AJ)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>The school's director, Ms. Sulaf Hashem, thanked those present, affirming the school's commitment to the counsels of the Sayyed (RA), who wanted Al-Mabarrat's institutions to work for the good of the human being and of life. She noted that Al-Rahma Secondary School has been careful to make the day of Taklif a milestone aimed at building the committed believing person, with 1,306 girls honored at 17 ceremonies over the school's history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration featured many varied artistic segments and concluded with the distribution of gifts to the girls coming of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
