Amid the difficult circumstances imposed by the war, Al-Kawthar Secondary School proved its educational and humanitarian commitment and continued implementing the Skills Builder programme.
This year was marked by a systematic implementation of the programme, with a specific skill assigned to each class, giving pupils deeper and more focused learning. These efforts were crowned with knowledge assessments that helped identify individual differences and determine suitable intervention plans to close the gaps.
The school relied on visual aids and classroom interaction to embed the skills, within a stimulating learning environment in which pupils took an active part, supported by teachers and parents, who played a pivotal role in the success of the classroom and extracurricular activities. Social media also played a notable role in highlighting achievements and strengthening engagement across the school community.
As part of empowering the teaching staff, a number of experienced teachers took on leading roles in implementing the programme and training their colleagues, which helped raise the overall standard of educational performance.
The varied educational activities, from celebrations and exhibitions to festivals, formed a platform for applying the skills in real-life contexts, strengthening students' self-confidence and connecting learning with life.
These achievements were crowned by establishing a solid base for the programme's future expansion, through preparations to adopt Project-Based Learning within the coming summer activities, a step that confirms Al-Kawthar Secondary School's pursuit of sustained and well-rounded development in the field of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
