God Almighty has spoken the truth.
With deep submission to the decree of God Almighty, Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association mourns the head of relations in the South, and the former founding director of the Imam Ali Charity and School in the town of Maaroub (the South), the teacher and educator Ali Ahmad Hussein (Abu Radwan).
This Islamic figure was in the faithful, active vanguard that belonged to the school of awareness and openness, and from his earliest youth he joined the path of the founding religious authority Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah (may God be pleased with him) at its first launch in Lebanon from the area of the poor and the oppressed in Al-Naba'a.
Haj Ali Hussein was the pulpit orator and the discerning man of letters who accompanied this movement and walked with the Sayyed on his Islamic journey, which opened onto every field. He was its pen, its writing and its pulpit, and its defender throughout those years, from the eastern suburb of Beirut to its southern suburb, and on to Beirut, the South and the Bekaa, keeping pace with its activity and watering its tree with his enlightened thought and his refined letters.
Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association, in mourning this figure who joins the caravan of faith, religion, knowledge, culture, education and letters that grew up in the shade of the founding Sayyed (may God be pleased with him) and under his very care, feels - as the Sayyed used to put it - that it is missing something of its own self and of its vitality, a vitality that will carry on in the generations that grew and whose giving ripened through the effort of Haj Ali Hussein and the fine company of his brother educators, teachers, directors and workers in every field.
As we bid farewell to this figure who left his mark on the Association's work and its advancement, we pledge to him that we will continue to carry the torch of knowledge, education and faith along the steps he walked, on the path of the father, the educator, the renewing jurist and founding religious authority Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah.
