His Eminence Allama Sayyed Ali Fadlallah received a delegation from the Rasoul Al-Mahabba (peace be upon him) School in Byblos headed by its director Mr. Mohammad Salim, which offered him congratulations on the occasion of the birth of Imam Zein Al-Abidin (a.s.) and Imam Al-Hussein (a.s.) and briefed him on the school's activities and its distinguished relationship and mutual respect with the various components in Byblos, as well as on the challenges facing their teaching mission amid the difficult living and social conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


After welcoming the delegation, His Eminence praised the spirit of openness and love this school carries through its firm relations with the various diverse components in the city of Byblos and its surroundings, thanking the staff for their effective role and their great effort, which brought this institution to this level of development and progress that has enabled it to affirm its presence among the other institutions.
His Eminence affirmed the distinguished standing of this area, which was in the heart and mind of His Eminence the Marja Fadlallah (may God be pleased with him): his aim in founding this institution was for it to be a landmark of national and Islamic unity, and it was and remains a model of coexistence and of encounter between religions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


His Eminence added: This success and excellence that has been achieved and that you have reached places on you a redoubled responsibility to preserve it, because you will face many arrows that seek to frustrate your work and your resolve; and we are confident in your ability to bear this responsibility in preserving this distinction and this high level of teaching, education and competence.
His Eminence continued: With this spirit in which you have worked, you have been able to offer a moral and humane model; and be assured that the particularity we live is not an obstacle to openness but rather forms a state of richness for this sectarian and denominational diversity we live in this homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


His Eminence said: You have been able to offer this bright and radiant picture in building a mission-driven generation that carries morals and knowledge and believes in humane and national concepts, far from any sectarian, denominational or religious affiliation..
His Eminence concluded his words by saying: Lebanon and the world are living through a stage of difficult and complex challenges on more than one level. We are therefore called to strengthen the language of dialogue and understanding among ourselves instead of heated speeches and accusations that make matters more complicated - especially as we are on the eve of the parliamentary elections, where we have begun to witness further tension in the use of populist vocabulary to win people's votes, far from putting forward realistic and practical programmes that bring this homeland out of its crises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
