In the atmosphere of the twelfth annual anniversary of the passing of the religious Marja Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah, the third part of the book “The Beautiful Time with the Marja Sayyed Fadlallah” was published, prepared by Mr. Shafiq Al-Moussawi, the supervisor of the Islamic Cultural Centre at the Al-Imamain Al-Hasanain complex in Haret Hreik in Beirut's southern suburb. This part contains tales and stories told by figures who lived alongside the Marja Fadlallah and worked with him, and forms an important social, intellectual, cultural and religious record within the framework of what is called popular memory.
Despite the large number of books published about the Marja Fadlallah, his ideas and his religious, renewing, political, social and resistance project, these tales retain a special flavour, since they express the way of life he adopted and are considered a model for those working in the field of religious outreach.
Through simple and at times perhaps ordinary stories, an observer can draw out an integrated view of Sayyed Fadlallah's approach in his media, political, social and humanitarian conduct.
Sayyed Shafiq Al-Moussawi had an important role in gathering these accounts, framing them in a distinguished style and conveying them to the reader so that they may be a lasting link with Sayyed Fadlallah's spirit and his view of life - a beacon and a guide for each of us and for everyone working in the field of religious outreach in this difficult time.
