Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association Held the Annual “Loved Ones Iftar” at Doha Al-Mabarrat


Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association held the «Annual Loved Ones Iftar» at the Doha Al-Mabarrat Educational and Care Complex, with the participation of 300 orphaned boys and girls from 18 different social and educational institutions representing various Lebanese communities, under the patronage and in the presence of the honorable Hajj Akram Hammoud, and attended by the Director General of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association Dr. Mohammad Baqer Fadlallah, the Director of the Directorate of Religious Supervision at the Association Sheikh Fouad Khreiss, institution directors and department heads, along with a number of the Association's friends.
At the start, the children entered the Doha campus, where they were welcomed with lively recreational activities that ran from four until six in the evening, ranging from scouting games, interactive competitions, scout cheers and beloved characters, in addition to a magic show that brought an atmosphere of joy and excitement to the children's hearts, followed by a tug-of-war match, before entering the hall.
The program continued with the ceremony's events, opening with an introductory speech, followed by a blessed recitation from the Holy Quran and the Lebanese national anthem, then a welcome segment by the children, a Ramadan choral performance, the patron's speech, and an artistic segment, concluding with the distribution of gifts to the children and souvenir photographs.
The following institutions took part in the ceremony: the Human Capabilities Development Complex – Dar Al-Aytam (Nazek Complex), the Ouzai Gateway Center – Islamic Orphanage, the Religious Education Association (Al-Mustafa Schools), Mohammad Khaled Social Foundations, the Guidance and Reform Association, the Druze Orphanage, the Social Renaissance League, Orphan Care – Sidon, SOS, Hassan Kassir Foundations, Lady Mariam (PBUH) Charity, Al-Hadi (PBUH) Foundation, Imam Al-Rida (PBUH) Charity, and Imam Ali (PBUH) Charity.
In conclusion, gifts were distributed to the participating children.
