Al-Mabarrat organized a series of training workshops in cooperation with Save the Children, attended by 145 teachers and care supervisors from 14 educational and care institutions of the Association in Beirut and the South, in preparation for the organization's launch of the “Green Generation” programme, which aims to strengthen environmental education in educational institutions.

The training workshops ran over four days and covered essential environmental topics such as: the importance of nature, water resource management, pollution, and sustainable energy.

The training was based on a developed interactive curriculum aimed at enabling pupils to take practical steps toward the environment through project-based learning.

The programme is due to begin actual implementation in September 2025 within the participating institutions, with teachers delivering the environmental teaching units, in addition to carrying out small-scale environmental initiatives under the supervision and support of Save the Children.

This programme is a pivotal milestone in the journey of environmental education at Al-Mabarrat's institutions and embodies the Association's commitment to building an aware and proactive generation working toward a more sustainable and just environment.
