Al-Hawra Charity organized an interactive day that included educational, social and faith activities, in which the children and the institution's staff took part.
The event opened with a speech delivered by the charity's director Haj Ibrahim Al-Saeed, in which he addressed the children's role in engaging with the educational programmes, and thanked the educational and care staff for their continuous follow-up.
Pupil Ghazal Al-Hajj Hassan delivered a word on behalf of the children on the occasion of Father's Day, followed by a religious segment presented by Sister Rabab Qandoul, which addressed matters of faith in an interactive way.
The administration also announced the results of the Holy Quran and supplications competition, and certificates of appreciation were distributed to the winners in the presence of the central head of family care Dr. Sobhi Durra.
The event also included sports activities and group competitions supervised by Ms. Hiba Barro, in addition to a celebration for those with June birthdays in which a number of the families took part.
The activity concluded with a dinner banquet and a congregational prayer led by Sheikh Ali Ayoub.
