More Than 500 Al-Mabarrat Employees Benefited from the Vocational Training Program for Non-Academic Staff

The Human Resources Department at Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association held the first stage of the training program for non-academic staff for the 2025–2026 academic year, as part of its plan to develop job competencies and raise the level of administrative and service performance across the Association's institutions.

The program comprised 18 training workshops distributed across the various regions, held in: Beirut (Lady Khadija Charity), the Bekaa (Imam Al-Jawad and Al-Kadhim Secondary School), and the South (Al-Rahma Secondary School).

Close to 500 employees working in various administrative and service roles benefited from the training, with the workshop themes varying according to the specializations and the nature of the target groups' job roles, so as to meet their practical needs and help strengthen their professional skills.

This program falls within Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association's vision of investing in human resources and strengthening a culture of continuous training, which is positively reflected in the quality of institutional work and the services provided.
