The public relations students at the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon (USAL) hosted children from various Lebanese orphanages at an iftar at the university on the Airport Road, featuring a recreational programme with several items - “in a pioneering initiative from the students, in an effort to bring joy and delight to the orphans, who need from society all love and participation”, as the programme's coordinator Ms. Grace Hawi described it.
The ceremony included a display of conjuring tricks, recreational and discussion items, and anthems inspired by the occasion that met with the approval of the young children. The gathering closed with a charity iftar and the distribution of gifts to the participating children.
