After the postponement of the tenth annual giving exhibition, which had been scheduled for 29 February at Al-Jawad High School belonging to Al-Mabarrat in the Bekaa, because of the emergency health circumstances, Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association proceeded to distribute in-kind assistance comprising clothes, footwear, household items and food parcels to more than 500 needy families in most of the villages of the central Bekaa area.
This step by Al-Mabarrat comes with the aim of realizing the goals of the exhibition, which bore the title “From the People to the People”. The assistance was distributed by a team of volunteers who worked on delivering the food parcels and the in-kind assistance to people's homes while observing the necessary preventive measures during the handover. While Al-Mabarrat values the efforts of the volunteers, the people of goodness and those working in its various institutions for their support and backing, particularly in securing the materials that were distributed, it affirms the continuation of the journey of goodness and giving however severe and harsh the circumstances, asking the Lord to grant the Lebanese a swift relief, God willing.
