The Al-Hadi Foundation for Hearing and Visual Impairment, Language and Communication Disorders held a recreational activity and a breakfast on the occasion of the birth of Imam Al-Ridha for figures from the local community who support persons with disabilities.
It concluded with the distribution of gifts to the participating pupils, and there was a word from the psychology specialist Dr. Hassan Burji, director of Al-Shifa Hospital, in which he spoke about the negative and lethal effect of smoking and its harms to the body, as well as the diseases it causes.
He pointed to the psychological effects and the proposed solutions for giving up smoking and guarding against its evils, and to the need to organize campaigns aimed at quitting smoking.
