With utmost acceptance and submission to God's decree and destiny
we announce to you the death of
the educational and mission-driven figure
Hajjeh Rana Ismail
whom God took at the dawn of this day after a struggle with illness. With her loss Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association loses an educational, national and humanitarian figure and a distinguished mission-driven personality in educational administration, who spared no effort for the advancement of Al-Mabarrat's schools so that these schools might be a model to be followed and an example for those working in the field of teaching and education. With her loss it also loses an exceptional personality who worked with all her energy for the advancement of the human being and society, and who was never sparing in her giving until the last moment of her life.
The late Marja Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah (may God be pleased with him) was her example in all her educational, institutional and humanitarian giving and in every position of responsibility she held, from the administration of Al-Kawthar High School to her position as deputy director general for education and teaching.
As we console ourselves, her family and those who loved her on this grievous loss, we pledge to her pure soul that Al-Mabarrat will remain as she wanted it - in constant brilliance, continuous development and distinguished giving.
The funeral rites will be held tomorrow, Thursday, at 11:00 in the morning in her town of Shhour - Tyre district.
Condolences will be received at the Al-Imamain Al-Hasanain (a.s.) complex - Haret Hreik:
- Wednesday 7 September 2022 from ten in the morning until the noon prayer, and from four until seven in the evening.
- Friday 9 September 2022 from three in the afternoon until seven in the evening…
and Saturday 10 September 2022 from two in the afternoon until seven in the evening, at the Association for Specialization
and Scientific Guidance - Bir Hassan, next to Khatib & Alami.
