Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association launched its training programme for non-academic staff, aimed at activating a set of the governing values at Al-Mabarrat.

The programme covers the following categories: section heads, nurses, secretaries, administrative assistants, drivers, carers, and cleaning staff. It extends over three years so as to cover the values of respect, responsibility, patience, service, beauty and trustworthiness.

This programme proceeds at several levels, such that a trainee cannot move to the following level without achieving the attainments and indicators of the previous level for all the categories; and the achievement of the objectives will be measured through the required applied task.

The first training station was under the title “Respect Is the Master of Relationships” and covered 690 trainees from all the care and teaching institutions, while the second training station covered 693 trainees and bore the title “Responsibility Is the Scale of Work”. The trainees were distributed across 23 training groups.

The training was distributed across several places in Lebanon: in the Bekaa it took place at Imam Al-Jawad High School in Ali Al-Nahri; in the South it was at Al-Rahma High School in Kfarjoz in Nabatieh; and in Beirut it was at the Lady Khadija Al-Kubra Mabarra building on the Airport Road.

It should be noted that the aim of naming the training title after one of the governing values is to link the training needs that were identified with these values, which accords with the project of introducing the criteria and indicators of these values into the job descriptions - affirming that everything an employee of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association does of duties and responsibilities proceeds from these values.
