The director of the financial department at Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association, Dr. Hassan Sarrour, presented a copy of his doctoral thesis in business administration to the Association's administrative board, entitled: “The Mediating Effect of Organizational Culture on the Relationship between the Components of Intellectual Capital and Job Performance in Non-Governmental Organizations, A Case Study: Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association - Lebanon”, supervised by Professor Abdullah Rizk of Jinan University in Lebanon.
The copy was presented in the presence of the president of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association, the scholar Sayyed Ali Fadlallah, and the Director General Dr. Mohammad Baqer Fadlallah.
The thesis addressed “the role of organizational culture as a mediating factor in improving job performance within non-governmental organizations, through the employment of the components of intellectual capital”.
The study was carried out on a group of staff working in the institutions affiliated to Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association from the health, cultural and productive sectors.
It recommended “the importance of the state supporting non-governmental organizations and providing the resources needed to strengthen intellectual capital, whether tangible or intangible, with a focus on continuous training, skills development and attention to organizational culture within institutions, which contributes to improving staff performance and raising these organizations' efficiency”.
