Al-Rahma Secondary School honored the teachers on their day, in the presence of the Director General of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association Dr. Mohammad Baqer Fadlallah, the school's director Ms. Sulaf Hashem, the director of the Al-Ridha Charity (PBUH) Ms. Rabiaa Al-Faqih, and the members of the administrative and teaching bodies.
The ceremony began with clear verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the national anthem, then the teachers' word delivered by Ms. Asia Daoud, who congratulated the teachers on their day and thanked them for their giving and sincerity.
After that the Director General of Al-Mabarrat Dr. Mohammad Baqer Fadlallah addressed a message to the teachers on their day in which he said: “May this feast be blessed for you - perfumed with redoubled toil, with hardship of living and with the strain of the trials that have come one after another. In all of that, you have the example of the prophets, the messengers, the saints and the righteous.”
He added: “You are the makers of this success that we see turning into creativity every year, and the name of Al-Mabarrat grows even after the passing of the founding religious authority - because you gave, expended and strove, and carried on your shoulders all this burden, with which we can take pride in these generations and these names that shine everywhere, and which set out from here… from beneath your watchful eyes, your loving and devoted hearts and your brilliant minds.”
He recalled the director of Al-Kawthar Secondary School, the educator Rana Ismail: “the teacher who contributed, with all love and dedication, foundational contributions to the fabric of Al-Mabarrat's schools, with an educational awareness… and a penetrating Islamic strategic vision. She was an effective partner… ambitious and aware of all the hopes of the founding religious authority, may God be pleased with him… whom she regarded as her reference and her inspiration.”
He concluded: “Our pledge to the founding religious authority is that, as the years pass, we will grow in firmness, in confidence and in insistence on tending the fields of knowledge, learning and the depth of faith.”
