Al-Mabarrat's schools and vocational institutes honoured their students who passed the official certificates, in the presence of educational and social figures, in addition to the students' families.

The Director General of Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association Dr. Mohammad Baqer Fadlallah delivered many speeches at the ceremonies held at Imam Al-Jawad High School, Al-Bashaer High School, Al-Rahma High School, Imam Al-Hassan High School, Al-Kawthar High School, Ali Al-Akbar Vocational Institute, the Al-Mabarrat Institute for Health Sciences, Dar Al-Sadiq for Education and Teaching, the Lady Sukayna Institute for Girls, and Al-Hadi Institute for People with Special Needs.

Dr. Fadlallah addressed the students, saying: “Today we honour you as high achievers and graduates; we bid you farewell while you remain in our hearts and in the hearts of your teachers, the administrators and the administrations that accompanied you through years and years. Time at the beginnings is no different from time at the endings - it is days, minutes and seconds; but what fills time is what gives life its flavour and walks through time towards the loftiest goal. God Almighty has said: “He who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deed..” And here you are today reaping this sowing, the sowing of a lifetime, and beginning the journey in the dawn of the great responsibility, announcing the beginning of the victory of light over the hosts of darkness, so as to give of yourselves a model to others, and to signal to those who come after you that the finest stories of success are those that come amid all this rubble of problems, pains and suffering.”

Fadlallah recalled the deputy director general for education and teaching, the late Hajjeh Rana Ismail, saying: “Hajjeh Rana does not depart; she remains standing at the door of every heart and inside every book, and we see her in every administration and in every classroom and among the students and teachers. She did not give her life to knowledge and learning in order to depart without farewell, or with one, but to remain a main nerve in Al-Mabarrat's schools - in knowledge, development, training and in the race with history, in whose record she wrote with the water of effort that we are the foremost, the foremost.. The pen resigns from the task of elegy, for one such as her is not mourned; she remains as she is - a spirit, a mind and a book in which we read to learn from the messenger of education and teaching how we build the glory of generations at the speed of the moment towards which Rana Ismail reached.”

He referred to the use of social media, saying: “These are means that bring us the information we seek at enormous speed if we invest our relationship with these means well and positively. But if the relationship between us and these media rests on amusement, frivolity and negativity, then you will be among the greatest losers in deeds and among those who squander their time on what brings no benefit or use.. And we know the importance of time as a limited wealth that must be spent on what develops our capacities in life and in knowledge, because wasting time without benefit is like one who drinks from the water of the sea: his drinking only increases his thirst.”

He added: “Know, dear ones, that those who occupy our phones.. and storm our lives through the short video clips spreading so densely.. live at the expense of the most precious thing we possess - namely time. They earn money by seizing the moments of our lives that God granted us so that we might invest them in knowledge and learning… Beware of being swept along with this muddy wave empty of purposeful content, and beware of wasting time, so that we do not regret on a day when nothing benefits us but good deeds.”

He stressed “the necessity for students moving on to the university stage to possess the values acquired from Al-Mabarrat's schools and institutes”, saying: “I would like you to know that the train of great and multiple transformations is setting off at its utmost speed in the contemporary world.. And in your university journey, which will open to you the doors of future work, there are looming dangers that will confront you and to which you must pay attention: the loss of the compass of identity and belonging and the dissolving of cultural particularity. The most dangerous thing that changes in a person is their values. Possessing moral values such as truthfulness, trustworthiness, kindness to parents, uprightness, self-sacrifice, love of others, and the strengthening of justice and equality - all these are values through which a person is made well; they develop self-confidence and an endearing presence among people and influence over them, and build the capacities to respond to the contemporary civilizational challenges.. We affirm to you, dear ones, that we are ready to support and back you; we are with you and alongside you.”

He added: “We believe that you are the future of the homeland and of the institutions, and that you are the ones who will preserve their continuity, their brilliance and their presence so that they may be equal to the demands of contemporary life in the near and the distant future. Set off to your universities; be messengers of love; be dutiful children, skilled students, pioneers and great leaders wherever you alight; be critics, thinkers, questioners and researchers who seek the truth; and do not deviate from the line of monotheism and faith in God, the Great Creator.”

He addressed the families, saying: “We will remain alongside you despite all the challenges and the stifling economic crisis, and we will strive to make the new academic year a year intense with constructive and creative effort, because this institution is an institution for building the mission-driven, civilizational human being.. Your cooperation with the school through continuous communication, attending the parent-teacher meetings, being informed of your child's learning loss (if any), and caring for their time - in these you have an important role in the educational process, by interacting with the school family in pursuit of distinction as an inevitable path that does not halt before the pressures of circumstances that make us live only the concern of carrying on. Al-Mabarrat takes pride in you within its large family - you are the families with whom we rise and with whom we are patient, so that the generation of the future may be a generation armed with knowledge, faith and good upbringing.”
