The central Continuous Development and Self-Assessment Unit at Al-Mabarrat Charitable Association held the first development day for senior management for 2024-2025, titled “Strategic Planning”, at Imam Al-Khoei Charity. The day was led by trainer Mohammad Fawwaz,
who reviewed the concept of strategic planning and explained its stages and essential elements. This day comes within a series of planned development days, which will be completed in turn according to the set timetable
